4Links provides extensive software for our 4Links units. The primary objective is to minimise the need for application development and reduce the time spent on it. We are aware that for various reasons that different platforms and programming languages may be used by application developers. We fully support Windows, Windows LabView, Windows MINGW, Linux and the MacOS environments, installed using native installers.
4Links support the C, C++, Java, Python and Ruby programming languages. We provide detailed API manuals as well as comprehensive examples.
These examples are shipped in both source and executable forms such that developers can easily write their first SpaceWire “Hello World” examples to fully functional RMAP servers and clients.
Our software is updated on a regular basis, as we improve the product feature set. In order to download the software, please sign in to our developer’s portal.
